On January 1st, 2011 we lost a son, brother, friend and amazing person. One way we wish to honor Parker’s memory is with the Parker Fox Foundation. This fund will focus on supporting local Boys & Girls clubs and other programs that help children and young adults. 100% of contributions to the Parker Fox Foundation will go towards helping children and young adults in the Tahoe/Northern Nevada area.
Parker was an outgoing, caring and deeply loving person. He loved so many things in life and spread happiness and laughter with his playful personality and infectious laugh. He enjoyed being active outdoors and excelled in all sports, especially golfing and skiing with his friends. He touched the hearts of many and those of us he surrounded himself with are honored to call ourselves his friends.
The Parker Fox Foundation is a 509(a)(2) charity which is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the charity are deductible under section 170 of the Code.
The Foundation is run by Parker's family: Randy, Karen, Jessika and Dustin Fox. We all volunteer our time and take no wages to ensure 100% of contributions go to a worthy cause. Also, a special thanks to Matt Wiggins and John Urrutia for volunteering their time in helping us with all the documents and filings to make this possible.
